Lola Waller is a watercolor artist based in the Pacific Northwest town of Gig Harbor, a waterfront community and fishing village not far from Tacoma and Seattle, Washington.
A recent workshop with Ron Ranson, famed international artist from England now residing in Oregon, author of 25 books and having taught on all continents, has enhanced her repertoire of instruction in watercolor.
Lola's artwork captures in washes of color the rustic beauty and maritime heritage of the waterscapes, landscapes, cityscapes and interesting characters of this region.
Lola's work can be seen at Waters Edge Gallery in Gig Harbor, WA; Sidney Art Gallery and Museum in Port Orchard, WA; Executive Terminal at Tacoma Narrows Airport; Chamber of Commerce in Gig Harbor, WA and at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA. She has been featured artist at Waters Edge Gallery, Kimball Gallery in Gig Harbor, and at Catholic Community Services in Tacoma, WA. She is a member of Peninsula Art League and the Northwest Watercolor Society.
